I hope this has found you all happy and well. I had my first show and WOW what an adventure. I feel so incredibly blessed as I had so much support and good feedback. ..There were probably a couple of hundred people come through. Many people had to travel from Seoul and other towns and had spent a few hours on buses, trains and subways…wow!
I am still reeling by it all. I wanted to get some pix out to you…there are a lot more on my face book page. It has been a highlight of my adventures here in Korea. Will catch up more later…
Mucho love, Diana”

Here are some of the pieces I have completed.
I have always had a strong interest in the human form and how it communicates stories to us. Through joy, contemplation, tragedy or an endless variety of human experiences, the figure, in it’s complexity is a never ending source of fascination. I find it intriguing how one can change a thought or emotion by the slightest manipulation of the clay. Through sculpting the human figure I work to find a connection with the viewer. Mt goal is to draw the viewer in, to relate their own stories through a shared emotion. Sculpting the human form fills my imagination with possibilities and gives me a wonderful resource with which to communicate to the world.
